WARRANTY

 Installation Service Warranty: EL Wrapped It

 

 

**1. Warranty Coverage & Activation**
This Installation Service Warranty (6 MONTH R & R Coverage) is provided by EL Wrapped It

(6 MONTH R & R Coverage)

and covers repair or replacement services necessitated solely by installation error. 

**Activation Requirement:** This Warranty is strictly contingent upon payment in full. The Warranty shall remain inactive if the final balance is not settled within 48 hours of project completion and initial inspection. By providing a down payment, the Customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein.

**2. Scope of Coverage**

The Company warrants the installation against the following defects resulting from installation error:
*   Lifting or peeling of vinyl panels.
*   Bubbling or panel failure.
*   Rips or tears directly attributable to the application process.

**3. Warranty Period & Claim Requirements**

All inspections, documentation, and repairs must be scheduled and completed within six (6) months of the project completion date. To initiate a claim, the Customer must:
*   **Provide Written Notice:** Notification of the issue must be submitted within 24 hours of discovery via email, text message, or social media Direct Message (DM).
*   **Submit Documentation:** Clear photographic evidence is required. Supplemental video footage is acceptable provided it clearly identifies the location and nature of the defect.
*   **In-Person Inspection:** The vehicle/surface must be presented for an in-person inspection by a Company representative to determine the root cause of the issue.

 

 **4. Exclusions & Limitations**

This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
*   Improper care, including failure to adhere to the Care Instructions provided at pickup.
*   Power washing, chemical discoloration, or abrasive cleaning agents.
*   Accidents, scraping, road rash, scars, cuts, or any third-party damage.
*   Intentional damage to the vinyl or surrounding areas.

**Note:** If an inspection determines the damage was caused by customer negligence or external factors, repair services will be subject to a standard labor and material fee.

 

**5. Disqualifications**

This Warranty shall be rendered null and void under the following circumstances:

**Payment Delinquency:**

Non-payment or partial payment of the agreed-upon contract price.

**Unauthorized Modification:**

Removal or tampering with the vinyl by any party other than the Company.
   

**Unprofessional Conduct:**

Defamation or slander of the Company, its staff, or its work, whether in person or via social media platforms.
   

**Hostile Interactions:**

Any unprofessional behavior that requires outside intervention for resolution (including, but not limited to, law enforcement contact) will result in immediate termination of the Warranty at the Company "El WRAPPED ITs" sole discretion.

**6. Liability**

Care instructions are provided upon vehicle delivery. EL Wrapped It is not liable for degradation, peeling, bubbling, lifting, or distortion resulting from a failure to follow these care protocols.
